1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ChatBea application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ChatBea on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of ChatBea may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All purchases are final and non-refundable. You may manage or cancel subscriptions directly through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Please note that your subscription may automatically renew, depending on your chosen plan.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and not to:
Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Violate any intellectual property rights associated with the App.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App in any way.
Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App without our express written consent.
Harass, harm, or impersonate other users or violate their privacy.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of ChatBea is governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
7. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with the functionality of the App or other users' ability to use the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its associated systems or networks.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or impedes the functionality or security of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate any of these terms or engage in any harmful or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including any loss of data or content.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement will be posted in the App, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including the software, content, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ChatBea or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without explicit permission.
13. Third-Party Services
The App may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
